I am Neo. I am Deaf, and I have spent my life watching the world from outside the systems most people are trained inside. That outside view is where the work comes from.

I began hypnotising people in 2020. Since then I have sat with people from all over the world. Hundreds of sessions, across cultures, across languages, across the full range of what the human mind carries beneath the surface. In December 2024 I completed the University of Toronto's Clinical Hypnosis Certificate. By academic standards I am new. By experience, I am not.

I came to hypnosis as a subject first. It resolved twenty years of health that conventional medicine could not touch. When the system could not help me, I helped myself. That is a pattern you will see in everything I do.

I write essays because documenting the patterns is how I heal. I sit with people because the same patterns live in all of us, and most of them are easier to see from the outside.
